We guarantee you a $1,000 savings on the purchase of
your home. In many cases, you can save up to $3,000 on single
section homes and $8,000 on multi section homes.

Midway Homes will guarantee you, the consumer the advertised
savings using the following guidelines:
1. Size of homes will be within 50 Sq. Ft.
2. Features of homes will be an apples to apples comparisons
3. Structural quality will be in same category as outlined by
the Product Characteristic Guidelines.

4. Set up location, requirement and conditions are the same.
5. In the case of a home in inventory on a dealer’s lot, the
home’s date of manufacture (D.O.M.) is to be within
forty-five (45) days of guarantee date.
6. Midway’s internet price guarantee is compared to
traditional retail sales centers.
7. Exclusion of Price Guarantee
On a home from a manufacturer that Midway Homes represents, in
cases where the home buyer has been working with another
dealership towards buying a home from the same manufacturer in
the last 60 days.
No dealership with an inventory and all the overhead that goes
with it, can afford to sell homes at The Straight Shooters
price. It would not be fair for Midway to allow homebuyers to
use another dealer’s inventory and take the time of their
sales staff only to buy from Midway. This would also bring
conflict. If you want to see a home, let us know so we can

Our price savings guarantee is as administered as follows:
1. Consumers secure our internet price.
2. If you, the consumer, find a home that meets the above
guidelines and is priced so that you are not saving the
guaranteed amount; you can provide Midway Homes with the
following information:
A) Copy of Sales commitment from another dealership that
includes the following:
a) Manufacturer of the home
b) Model
c) Size
d) Date of Manufacture
e) Standard features that come with the home
f) Optional Features that are or were added to home by the
manufacturer.
g) Services and product information included by the Dealership
h) Price of all above
3. Once Midway receives this information, we will either
adjust our price to secure you the savings we guaranteed or
once you complete your purchase from another dealership and
present us with a receipt showing home was paid in full (by
you or your finance company) to dealership and proof of
occupancy in the home as confirmation we will send you a
check for $500.00.
4. Our Price Savings Guarantee is good for 10 Days. |
